General:
Although the vast majority of service providers are very professional there is, unfortunately, a small minority of individuals and businesses who seek to exploit others and are less than honest. We do not wish to be associated with these minority elements.

In the interests of our visitors, the adult industry and our reputation:
Should we receive any complaints regarding a service listed on this site then we will immediately contact the service provider with details of any such complaint and invite their response. Any response to a complaint must be received by us within seven days, failing which we will have no alternative but to suspended that listing indefinitely until such time as the matter is resolved.

In fairness:
It is hoped that any issues that may occur will be dealt with quickly and amicably. However, in the worst case scenario we reserve the right to suspend or remove entries from the directory. In the event of this occurring, any over-payment of money received from the offending provider will be refunded. We are fully aware that any complaints procedure can be open to abuse. We take the view that everyone is innocent until proven otherwise. Therefore we will undertake to investigate and validate any complaints quickly and fairly.

Although we do not seek to make life even more complicated than it is, we are confident that everyone, punters and providers alike will appreciate the reasons for taking a hard line on unscrupulous providers.
