| Surfers want to chat with Queen and Jack the Ripper Internet surfers have revealed which celebrities they'd like a cyber chat with. Thousands of people told net provider, UK Online, which British celebrity they would like to put a searching question to. They included asking the Queen how often she breaks wind, and asking Jack the Ripper who he was. Other posers included "Where's the money?" to Robert Maxwell. Questions to modern day celebrities included, "What is George Best's favourite chat up line?", "Who does Sean Connery think the best Bond was?" and to Chris Tarrant, "How far do you think you would get as a contestant on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?". Ann Williams, of UK Online, told the Daily Record: "We've been delighted with both the level of responses as well as the quality of them." 18th October 2001 |
